Doctors

Our On Call doctor deals with telephone consultations at the end of the Doctor’s session and telephones patients who need urgent advice or assistance that day, if an appointment is not available, or the patient is unable to visit the surgery.  The On Call doctor will assess the patient by telephone, and make an appointment with a Doctor if they feel the patient needs to be seen, or will make a house call if the patient is really too poorly to travel to the surgery.

Their appointments cannot be pre-booked.

Missed call from Dr/Nurse: Your clinician will attempt to contact you twice. If you have missed both contacts, please use e-consult to re-book your call.

Practice Nurses

The Nurse will also assist the Doctors and assess problems that she normally deals with like:

  • Ear/Chest/Throat Infections
  • Water Infections (UTI’s)
  • Seasonal problems, such as hayfever, colds and flu
  • Minor Injuries
